Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all your data yourself, at any time, right in the app.

In the app

  1. Open Entil and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Settings in the top right, and choose Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, all workouts, routines, photos, likes, comments and settings – both in the cloud and on your phone. It happens immediately and can’t be undone. Backups at our data processor are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Want to keep your training history first? Go to Settings → Account → Download my data.

Can’t get into the app?

Email kontakt@entilworkout.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”, and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.

Have a subscription?

Subscriptions are bought and cancelled in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription on its own.
